What I love about Twin City Jewelers is the work is done on site. The knowledge lends to stunning pieces. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even during an extremely busy Christmas rush they take their time with their customers. My husband Jack and I felt like we were the only people in a busy store. Five stars all the way. Definitely recommend.

You will not find any nicer, courteous and professional craftsmen and women anywhere. I'm lucky to live nearby but wherever you are you will not find better courtesy and customer service. The owner, Tom, pays special and personal attention to every customer with infectious enthusiasm and a big smile no matter how big or small your needs are. They have done minor fixes to major restorations for me and every time they have been flawless with original sourced parts. If I could say one other thing besides competence it would be integrity and local community support.
